Developing future leaders through parliamentary engagement
Our partnership with the British Parliament provides AWS students with unique opportunities to engage with democratic processes, develop public speaking skills, and understand the role of governance in society.
Through Model Parliament sessions, debate programmes, and exchange visits, students gain firsthand experience in civic leadership and policy advocacy.
Building tomorrow's civic leaders
Students simulate parliamentary proceedings, debating real policy issues and learning the mechanics of democratic governance.
British Parliamentary-style debate training developing critical thinking, research skills, and persuasive communication.
Selected students visit Westminster to observe Parliament in action and engage with Members of Parliament.
Civic leadership workshops focusing on policy analysis, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving.
The debate programme is open to Middle and High School students. Exchange visits to Westminster are competitive, with selection based on debate performance and leadership.
Understanding policy, governance, and civic systems is essential for entrepreneurs who want to create meaningful change. This programme builds advocacy, communication, and leadership skills.
