All staff complete comprehensive safeguarding training upon hiring and participate in annual refresher courses. Our designated safeguarding leads receive advanced specialist training.
We take a restorative approach to bullying that addresses both the impact on the victim and the underlying causes. Our anti-bullying programme includes prevention education, peer mediation, and follow-up support.
